There was bug in Revit 2009 mentioned here Parametric when you don’t know it that has been fixed in Revit 2010. If you had a floor bounded by 3 walls and you moved the middle wall the opposite floor boundary would also move.
Now it doesn't as you would expect it not to. However still remember if a floor is tight up to a wall and you move the wall, it will still stretch the floor, as if it was locked to the wall.
