Typically, you would prefer to print using Vector Processing for your conventional drawings, as it is quicker. Putting Raster images into your drawing sheet, forces Revit to print using the Raster Processing.
Thus it would be suggested you create your logos in Revit. This will also ensure when you export your drawings to an AutoCAD format, the logos will be an integral part of the drawing. For more information in help with making logos, have a look at this post.
